The attic of the lost time....is there, in the mind and dreams, where is possible to recover the hopes and the expectations, where what you want is what you can and everything becomes possible, where fantasy and creativity are not strangled from the rhythms of a phrenetic life and time flows slowly, where the mind flyes free with no restrictions, where finally one is free of being and can refuge in and take a breath.

  2. Surprising and very cold! I hope you are managing to keep cosy and warm inside!

  3. You live 20 km from Rome? You lucky girl! I dream of traveling to Rome. Here in the Northeast of the US we're used to snow in the winter, but I know Rome doesn't get a lot of snow.
I love your picture of the gate between the snowy shrubs. It's very quaint looking. I imagine it to be the gate to a secret garden.

  4. I read about this in the newspapers and was shocked! But we in Southern California also saw a few snowflakes in December, but they never reached the ground. What an unusual winter!
